Bob Camp ~ President

A homebuilder and land developer with more than 26 years experience, Robert (Bob) Camp hails from a homebuilding family with over 110 years in the building industry. Bob has been very active within the building industry serving as President of the Master Builders Association of Pierce County (MBA of Pierce County) during the 1989 term and elected as Builder of the Year in 1989 and 1999. At the national level, Bob continues his involvement with the National Association of Home Building (NAHB) on several committees including the Construction, Code and Standards Committee, the Energy Sub-Committee as well as the State and Local Government Affairs Committee. He is currently a Life Director at the MBA of Pierce County and National Vice President for Area 15 of the NAHB.

Jim Yurina ~ Vice President

With over 12 years of building experience, Jim partnered with Bob in 2002, brining his custom building expertise to Camp Corporation. Jim has also been very active in the MBA of Pierce County, obtaining a Life Directorship. He has served on various committees with the Home Builders Association as well as continues active participation on both the State and National level of the Home Builders. Jim was also MBA’s 2001 President. His main focus for Camp Corporation is overseeing the entire construction element and maintaining day-to-day operations.

Russ Elston ~ Production Manager

Russ has worked with Camp Corporation since 2000. Prior to working for Camp Corporation, Russ has been constructing houses as a General Contractor for over 24 years. His years of building brings expertise in time and material management. As the Production Manager, Russ oversees the scheduling and materials for every development Camp builds. He is committed to Camp Corporation and believes that Camp is an honest company that proudly stand by their homes.

Amanda Prather ~ Sales/Marketing

Amanda comes from the building industry when she started working for the local Home Builders Association, Master Builders Association of Pierce County. With experience in marketing and sales, Amanda is the first person some of our home buyers meet. She believes that Camp offers a high level of product and that the company is proud to stand by each home built.

Pheak Mam ~  Community Development Coordinator

Pheak has been working as our Community Development Coordinator for almost a year.  Although Pheak has only been with Camp Corporation for a little under a year, he feels that the knowledge he has gained has help him gain a greater understanding on the construction process and building industry. He, along with all the members of our family, care about the communities we build in and stand by each home.

Stevie Fitch ~ Bookkeeper

Stevie is another Camp Corporation family member who has derived from a long family history of home building. Stevie has been with us for over 2 years as one of our Accounts Payable personnel. Although she spends much of her time “crunching” numbers, Stevie is always available to help any of our buyers.

Debbie Lane ~ Accounting Manager

Although Debbie has only been part of the home building industry for a short period of time, she is amazed about the process of construction. As the bookkeeper for our family, she is eager to jump in and help anyone.
